Aikido of Norfolk is a member of the United States Aikido Federation-Eastern Region. The Chief Instructor is Jim Baker, a Godan (Fifth Degree Black Belt) and Shidoin with 21 years experience in teaching Aikido.

Just show up! You can sit and watch any class. There's no starting point, so you jump right in. If you are new to Aikido, we ask that you observe one class; we may not be your cup of cha.
